About Us
RHI Magnesita, a leading technology company in the refractory industry, seeks a Strategic Sales Leader for Refractory Materials. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
The Opportunity
We offer an attractive remuneration package including pension and a global bonus program. You will also have access to our RHIM Academy for ongoing learning and development, as well as the possibility of working from home up to 60% with a corresponding allowance.
Your Background
- You hold a technical or commercial degree and/or equivalent professional experience in the refractory industry.
- You possess profound knowledge of raw materials and have several years of relevant working experience in the sector.
- You are proficient in English and have a strong understanding of the German market, although any other language is considered an asset.
Your Profile
You are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on approach and analytical skills, you seek to improve the status quo and drive innovation.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range between $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
