Dutch Net Revenue Growth Manager

About the role
The Dutch Net Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for leading the market rollout of Net Revenue Growth Management within the Arla Foods organization. This involves developing the methodology for Net Revenue Growth in the market, codifying the ways of working into our operating model, and working closely with local leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, with experience in pricing disciplines and tools, as well as a proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and plans.
The role requires excellent Dutch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical skills utilizing data from various sources to provide insight to make data-led decisions.
This is a strategic role, where you'll be involved in setting the strategy, objectives, and vision for Net Revenue Growth Management, and also an operational role as you lead the execution of the annual revenue growth plan.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the market rollout of Net Revenue Growth Management within the Arla Foods organization
- Develop the methodology for Net Revenue Growth in the market
- Work closely with local leadership teams to codify the ways of working into our operating model
- Define and deliver commercially oriented strategies and plans
- Utilize data from various sources to provide insight to make data-led decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in a commercial role with P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial background with experience in pricing disciplines and tools
- Proven track record of defining and delivering commercially oriented strategies and plans
- Excellent Dutch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills utilizing data from various sources to provide insight to make data-led decisions
