Key Responsibilities- Assess and resolve customer warranty queries
- Provide technical advice and guidance to customers
- Coordinate and supervise service activities, including on-site visits
- Prepare and plan assignments, including personnel and budget allocation
- Carry out commercial assignments, such as providing technical assistance
- Educational background in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, or a related field
- Knowledge of various ship systems and technologies
