As the Site Director PMMA Polymer at our Rozenburg site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal efficiency of our operations while maintaining a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include budget planning, manufacturing process optimization, quality control, and strategy implementation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the Rozenburg site to meet company and statutory SHE expectations
  • Plan and implement the Polymer business strategy to drive growth and competitiveness
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products with optimal cost-effectiveness
  • Manage all site operations and functions, including negotiations with the Works Council and unions
  • Collaborate with the Polymer Business Team to drive business success

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving excellence in SHE and manufacturing performance
  • Multiple years of experience in the plastics or chemical industry, including contractual management
  • Fluent language skills in Dutch and English
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
