About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our EAME Polymers business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing commercial team to deliver exceptional results and align with strategic goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to optimize long-term profitable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize new product development and commercial introduction to the market
  • Develop and manage commercial procedures, including reports, business control, and sales reviews
  • Manage commercial team costs against budget and develop annual sales budgets

Your Experience

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Proven track record in commercial roles with a strong understanding of sales strategy and team management
  • Ability to work across cultures and prioritize tasks to deliver results effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with key customers
  • Flexibility to travel, including trips to Japan for interface management
