About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our business growth in Central Asia. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and executing business opportunities in the region, working closely with our local partners and sales representatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our Export Director to set objectives, strategies, and tactics for the region, translating them into actionable business plans.
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to grow and expand existing businesses in Central Asia, aligning with set objectives and targets.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead complex negotiations and decision-making processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Solutions: Identify and initiate innovative solutions to meet customer needs, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and build strong client relationships, ensuring continuity, ongoing representation, and profitability through sales support and delivery programs.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Monitor competitive activity in the region and develop response strategies to maintain market leadership.
  • Marketing Coordination: Organize customized customer seminars and coordinate targeted marketing activities to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Qualification and Experience: University education in Veterinary or Agriculture, with several years of sales and account management experience.
  • Value Selling: Experience with value selling and designing account development strategies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
  • Team Player: Strong negotiation, presentation, contractual, and legal skills, with a high level of energy, engagement, and enthusiasm.
  • Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business environments and sales financials.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally 50% of the time.
