Global Compensation and Benefits Manager

As the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Global Rewards Center of Excellence.
The Corporate HR department is expanding, and we are seeking a new team member to join our diverse group. You will collaborate with the Global Rewards Team, which includes the Global Head of Total Rewards and two other Total Rewards Managers, to create and execute comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and systems.
In this position, you will report directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards & Mobility.
This hybrid role provides flexibility, allowing you to work partially from home and from one of our offices.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, enhance, and implement competitive global compensation and benefits policies and practices Standardize job evaluation processes across various regions Lead the annual global Compensation Review process Design and refine administrative procedures and provide specifications for HRIS systems to achieve operational excellence Manage international pension schemes and other significant benefits Collaborate closely with local HR teams to support business leaders Assist in the design and management of Executive Compensation policies and practices Support various Reward initiatives with stakeholders.WHO YOU ARE:
At least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a minimum of 5 years in an international matrix organization Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field International experience, particularly in Europe, North America, Asia, and China Self-motivated, independent professional, eager to lead and complete ongoing processes and projects Team player open to learning, sharing, and developing best practices Agile, adaptable, and pragmatic work approach Detail-oriented, organized, solution-focused with strong analytical skills Experience with HRIS (preferably SAP/SuccessFactors) Familiarity with international benefits programs (e.g., pensions) Experienced in Job Evaluation (preferably Hay Korn Ferry methodology) Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or German is an advantage Project Management expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to drive change in a complex international environment with multiple stakeholdersAt ARLANXEO, we are committed to diversity and inclusion, considering candidates without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
