Je positie in de organisatie

In onze gloednieuwe productie- en distributielocatie voor voedingsmiddelen in Nieuwegein zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Development Manager voor Caldic Ingredients Benelux.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor directe commerciële verkoopactiviteiten voor klanten, het onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met klanten en prospects binnen ons Bakery segment in de Benelux.

Je werkzaamheden zijn deels in België en deels in Nederland, dus schakelen tussen deze landen is voor jou geen probleem.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  1. Verantwoordelijk voor winstgevendheids- en volume doelstellingen in een context met dubbele cijfergroei potentieel, door het verder ontwikkelen van bestaande business alsook prospectie van nieuwe klanten;
  2. Omvangrijke omzetgroei bij bestaande klanten en prospects;
  3. Eigenaar worden van strategieën en doelstellingen die zullen leiden tot een versnelde groei van klanten in jouw marktsegment: marktinzicht, verwerven, waarderen en delen;
  4. Verantwoordelijk voor prijzen en offertes voor de eigen klantenpool, inclusief de promotie en verkoop van het gehele Caldic aanbod;
  5. In overleg met de klanten een voorspelling uitwerken;
  6. Verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en opvolgen van de accountplanning voor toegewezen key-klanten;
  7. Segmentverkopen plannen en voorspellen;
  8. Het rapporteren van markttrends en verkoopactiviteiten via CRM.
