Sales Development Manager

Drive fintech growth and international expansion as our new Sales Development Manager.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing and growing new clients and partnerships, and driving revenue as our sales-accelerator. You will challenge enterprises to think outside of the box and realize the true value that Topicus brings to the table.
You will have opportunities to present digital solutions at international customer sites, build close relationships with new customers to understand their business drivers, and establish buy-in at all levels. You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities within Enterprise Banking and Financial Service customers and effectively run a sales cycle to reach and exceed your goals.
We are looking for a self-starting sales professional who can drive growth and expansion in the international market. If you are proactive, independent, courageous, and ambitious, with a passion for fintech and banking solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in software/technology sales
- HBO/University degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, communications)
- Experience in the fintech and/or banking industry
- Experience with leading customers to have value-focused digital banking strategies
- Fluent English and willingness to travel abroad
