Strategic Sales Growth Manager

Aexus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the Benelux market.
As a Business Development Manager at Aexus, you will be responsible for introducing new software technology solutions to the Benelux market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for introducing new software technology solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and prospects.
- Manage multi-level sales processes from initial contact to closure.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team to achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales cycle role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
- Solid understanding of the Benelux market and business culture.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Goal-oriented, sales-driven, organized, and highly motivated.
- A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative technology.
- Autonomous working environment with the freedom to structure your work.
