About the Role

Aexus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the Benelux market.

As a Business Development Manager at Aexus, you will be responsible for introducing new software technology solutions to the Benelux market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan for introducing new software technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and prospects.
  • Manage multi-level sales processes from initial contact to closure.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales cycle role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
  • Solid understanding of the Benelux market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Goal-oriented, sales-driven, organized, and highly motivated.
  • A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative technology.
