Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Providing excellent customer service to maximize sales and exceed customer expectations.
· Maintaining awareness of store goals, sales figures, and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
· Working closely with garments, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
· Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk.
· Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
· Participating in seasonal sales and campaign preparations.
· Adhering to store routines, policies, and guidelines to prevent loss and ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fashion and customer service. Experience in cash register operations is preferred, but your willingness to learn and grow with us is essential. You will be a team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
