Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for the operational portfolio management processes, including loan transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.
- Work closely with the investment managers to ensure the smooth execution of loan transactions and the monitoring of existing investments.
- Coordinate with Middle Office, Back Office, Compliance, and Risk Management departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
- Prepare and review reports, including investment and commitment reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the due diligence phase of transactions, including CDD/KYC preparation, ESG information collection, and preliminary transaction documentation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational handling of private assets at an asset management firm or bank.
- Experience with loan/bond administration systems and data analysis.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
