Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers, assuming responsibility for their objectives with our Talent Management Suite.
- Lead commercial conversations related to renewals and upsell opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing renewal agreements.
- Assess customer status through tools and conversations to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention, and reduce churn.
- Identify new sales and business development opportunities, working with the sales and strategic account management team to capitalize on them.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and needs, mastering our Talent Management software and working closely with the product team for feedback and future roadmap direction.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with any other language being a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to instill confidence and progress effectively with clients and high-level executives.
- Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities, with a sales background being beneficial.
- Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business savviness.
