Job Description

At Ocean Network Express, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a ONECare Service Agent in our Rotterdam office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude. As a ONECare Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing frontline responses to queries and requests from our ONECare customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on sector knowledge and internal processes to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the shipping industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Dutch.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

What We Offer:

  • A market-based salary ranging between €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 26 holiday days, holiday allowance, 13th month, pension scheme, and health insurance.

Location: This is a local position based in the Rotterdam office.
