Key Responsibilities- Assess the impact of opted solutions and progress of delivery on ABN Amro's change agenda, overall compliance status
- Assess finance and risk requirements, set framework and regulatory content, and orchestrate relevant stakeholders
- Advise grids and business on design and architecture on compliant and feasible solutioning
- Ensure the delivery of a (continuous) strategic view on the progress of the execution and impact of deliverables on findings
- Prepare management decision-making in clear presentations
- Bachelor or Master degree in business economics/accounting
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Affinity with lending, regulations, change and credit risk
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and change-driven, thriving in a high-performance environment
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and proactive approach, with a strong ability to simplify and make things practical
