Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Execute work assignments from various locations, including home, office, and data centers
- Contribute to the delivery of games and enterprise projects
- Maintain and deploy servers, ensuring seamless software operations
- Provide expert support through various channels, including ticket systems
- Coordinate worldwide maintenance schedules
- Manage the ticket system, ensuring timely resolutions
- Pursue relevant certifications to enhance your skills
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of operating systems, such as Linux and Windows Server
