Agricultural Machinery Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Daedong Kioti Europe B.V. in Rotterdam or Hamburg.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer and dealer base, and maintaining a strong market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets by effectively managing assigned regions and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers and dealers through partnership and understanding of their needs.
- Planning and analysing short-term, mid-term, and long-term business strategies, as well as sales performance.
- Managing sales for assigned regions, overseeing distributorship agreements, and monitoring wholesale and retail sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise in agricultural machinery, with proven experience.
- Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong project and time management skills, as well as negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent data analysis and competitive market research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
