The Role

In response to business expansion, we are strengthening our sales team with an Account Executive who will focus on the Benelux region. As an Account Executive at Rydoo, you will take ownership of your assigned territory and potential accounts. Your primary scope will be to enhance sales within your territory, pursuing increased net new revenue, assisted by sales developers who will provide quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo's solutions
  2. Territory identification and research to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy
  3. Pipeline development through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high-level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  4. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement
  5. Assist in increasing productivity across your territory (including other account executives)
  6. Engage with prospect organizations to position Rydoo's solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
  7. Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
  8. Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  9. Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS industry
  • Academic degree or equivalent by experience
  • You are a natural sales hunter and have experience in managing accounts
  • Great social skills, being a dynamic presence
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Passion to take part in a scale-up culture
  • Languages: Dutch and English level minimum C1
Practicalities

You'll be reporting to the Head of Sales, Mid-Market. You'll be part of the Sales team. Estimated salary range is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
