Regional Business Development Manager for EU Expansion

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to €68,000, based on experience, plus an 8% holiday allowance paid monthly. Additionally, benefits include a company car allowance, company mobile phone and laptop, full pension contribution, uncapped profit share based on company performance, and 25 days of annual leave plus national holidays.
Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, office-based role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, with some travel expected. As part of our strategic growth, Intelligent Data Collection is launching its products and services in the EU with the opening of our BENELUX office in Rotterdam. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Regional Manager to achieve our growth objectives in the BENELUX region and across the wider EU.
Responsibilities- Deliver the strategic vision for the region, including sales portfolio, business development, and geographical reach.
- Manage and grow Intelligent Data's presence in the BENELUX region.
- Communicate the company's unique selling points to potential customers to create business opportunities.
- Achieve budgets, KPIs, and other metrics to support regional growth and operational efficiency.
- Implement operating models to ensure operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will require at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for Profit & Loss and proven financial success. You should also have the ability to streamline and implement business processes to enhance regional presence, as well as extensive knowledge of operational functions including finance, customer service, logistics, and HR management.
Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English is essential, with fluency in French being desirable.
