Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers after a sale, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver software integrations with security technologies
- Work with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers after a sale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Solid foundational knowledge in RHEL and RHEL-like Operating systems
- Foundational knowledge in Bash scripting
- Experience with Network Troubleshooting tools (tcpdump/wireshark, DNS)
- Foundational knowledge in Ansible as an automation tool
- Foundational Knowledge in Enterprise Opensource Databases (Elasticsearch, Postgresql)
- Experience with Enterprise Security Products (SIEM: Splunk Enterprise/ES, Qradar; SOAR: Splunk SOAR, Cortex SOAR)
- Native-level Dutch skills and proficiency in English
- Comfortable interfacing with high-profile and high-demanding clients and working under pressure
- Confident, clear, and able to demonstrate certainty in resolving customer matters in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong technical background and able to interact with engineers, developers, and end-users
