About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers after a sale, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver software integrations with security technologies
  • Work with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support to customers after a sale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Solid foundational knowledge in RHEL and RHEL-like Operating systems
  • Foundational knowledge in Bash scripting
  • Experience with Network Troubleshooting tools (tcpdump/wireshark, DNS)
  • Foundational knowledge in Ansible as an automation tool
  • Foundational Knowledge in Enterprise Opensource Databases (Elasticsearch, Postgresql)
  • Experience with Enterprise Security Products (SIEM: Splunk Enterprise/ES, Qradar; SOAR: Splunk SOAR, Cortex SOAR)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Native-level Dutch skills and proficiency in English
  • Comfortable interfacing with high-profile and high-demanding clients and working under pressure
  • Confident, clear, and able to demonstrate certainty in resolving customer matters in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Strong technical background and able to interact with engineers, developers, and end-users
