**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Representative Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the expansion and retention of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in managing critical aspects of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and contract renewals.
  • Support the team in monitoring marketing promotions, ensuring their successful execution, and meeting deadlines to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the CSM Team, Sales Support, Customer Support, and other departments.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve internal processes and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in German and professional business English.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Business acumen and commercial understanding.
  • Experience or a strong interest in sales or sales-related functions.
  • Located in the Netherlands, preferably close to our office in Amsterdam.
  • You must be enrolled at a university throughout the duration of the internship.
