About the Role

Maersk is a global leader in integrated logistics, driving innovation and transformation to redefine the boundaries of possibility. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end shipment processes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ocean transport orders for assigned customers, providing proactive communication and information flow to ensure transparency.
  • Prepare transport and customs documents, identifying out-of-the-box solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements

  • Experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a focus on ocean business and Incoterms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with a commercial mindset and enterprising spirit.
