About the Role

Société Générale Assurances is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Middle Office Cash Management to join our Global Transaction Banking team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service, supporting the implementation of cash management products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Middle Office with the implementation of cash management products, such as Electronic Banking and Liquidity Management, in coordination with the International Corporate Desk.
  • Support the Middle Office in Risk and Compliance aspects, including responding to Anti Money Laundering Requests, Sanctions & Embargoes, and KYC anomalies.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality client service and support to achieve high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond to reporting requests from Compliance/Risk Operational linked to payments and cash management activities.
  • Manage/support projects to optimize the workflow between the Front Office, the Middle Office, and the European Middle Office.
  • Act as back-up for other Middle Office colleagues when they are absent.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance or similar.
  • A previous experience in Finance would be appreciated.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2-C1), with Dutch and French being an advantage.
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office, with skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Well-organized with very good attention to detail, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

About the VIE Program

This VIE in the Netherlands is an 18-month contract, starting as soon as possible. Candidates must be under 28 years old and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
