Head of Revenue and Growth Planning

About the Role
The Head of Revenue and Growth Planning will lead the development of the integrated commercial plan for Diageo NE, combining the needs of brands, channels, customers, and Diageo's short- and long-term market share and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy the business pricing and promotion strategy, building competitive, share-winning, and revenue-growing pricing and promotional strategies and plans that fulfill shopper critical metrics.
- Own the RGM M&E framework, creating a deep understanding of the end-to-end value of customer investment and building benchmarks for ongoing optimization.
- Cooperate with commercial teams to optimize pricing and trade investment in customer JBPs.
- Lead category and brand sprints to define revenue and margin enhancement opportunities around pack, price, promotion, channel, and embed into the commercial plans.
- Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place for all customer investment.
- Support the RGM transformation agenda, building business capability, data & systems, tools, and process to deliver step-changed commercial strategy outcomes.

- Experience of working with and leading a team, whether directly or indirectly.
- Significant relevant commercial and marketing experience.
- Successful management of senior partners at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
- A track record of leading ground-breaking business results.
- Problem solver and solution-based partner, who can deal with ambiguity and adapt quickly.
- Strong end-to-end commercial FMCG understanding, alongside high levels of numerical competence and attention to detail.
