Data Science Internship: Knowledge Representation and Hybrid AI

About this position

We are seeking a talented student to join our Data Science department at TNO, where we work on projects that combine knowledge representation and reasoning with Hybrid AI. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that aim to make insights from data meaningful and provide innovative solutions for various domains.

What will be your role?

During the internship, you will be part of a project team and work on a specific topic related to knowledge representation and Hybrid AI. You will conduct literature research, contribute your own ideas, develop a proof-of-concept, and perform experiments. Your findings will be documented in a report and presented to your colleagues.

What we expect from you

We are looking for a student with a strong interest in knowledge representation, Hybrid AI, and ontologies. You should be able to work independently, have a structured approach to tasks, and be comfortable working in a team. Good communication skills in English are essential, and basic programming knowledge may be required depending on the project.
