The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of JET's Global Sales Organisation. As a Sr Project Manager - Sales Incentives, you will partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, and Finance to drive accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.
This role requires a strong focus on process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for resolving incentive queries and disputes, providing input to the development of sales incentive toolings, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales incentives globally.
Key responsibilities:- Own the execution of sales incentives administration for all sales FTEs;
- Resolve incentive queries and disputes within agreed timelines;
- Provide input to the development of sales incentive toolings and data infrastructure;
- Contribute to process optimization and infrastructure building across all 19 countries;
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
- Provide proposals, reporting, and support to enable informed decision making on future incentive programs.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
- Experience with sales incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and come up with recommendations;
- Flexibility, autonomy, and resilience with a 'get it done' attitude;
- Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau);
- Strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Experience with incentive tools like Xactly is an advantage but not essential.
