Sales Operations Manager

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of JET's Global Sales Organisation. As a Sr Program Manager - Sales Incentives, you will partner with Leadership, Sales Operations, HR, and Finance to drive accurate processing of incentive compensation for sales teams.
This role involves owning the execution of administration for sales incentives, resolving queries and disputes, and contributing to the development of Sales Incentive toolings and process management.
Key responsibilities:- Own the execution of administration for sales incentives for all sales FTEs;
- Resolve incentive queries/disputes from sales stakeholders within agreed timelines;
- Provide input to the development of the Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure, and process management;
- Contribute to the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across all 19 countries;
- Own parts of the ongoing optimisation and process improvement for the Sales Incentives Globally;
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and BI to ensure accurate payouts across all markets;
- Provide proposals, reporting, and support to enable informed decision-making on the future of incentive programs.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or Advisory roles;
- Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance, or compensation programs is a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and come up with recommendations;
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands, as well as a sense of urgency;
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
- Advanced level of Excel and attention to detail;
- Experience with Databases, SQL, and BI tools (e.g. Tableau);
- Strong focus on continuous improvement;
- Experience with incentive tools like Xactly would be an advantage but not essential.
