Senior Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and revenue growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Revenue Accuracy and Financial Collaboration
- Partner with Finance and Sales teams to ensure all metrics are reported accurately and timely
- Team Leadership and Performance Enhancement
- Drive the productivity of the team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets
- Policy Compliance and Process Management
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures through collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Strategic Planning and Process Optimization
- Own the annual planning process for EMEAL, work on setting the sales quota, territory design, headcount planning, and all related tasks
- Customer Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Resolve licensing and fulfillment issues efficiently while collaborating closely with Customer Success and Sales teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, and Finance or a similar role
- Proven ability to execute and drive results
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term planning
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university or equivalent military experience required
- Experience in the B2B software industry is a must
