About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Director to join our Infrastructure Sector team at Kempen & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions in the Infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies
  • Identify, evaluate, and originate advisory opportunities in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies
  • Be a team lead in the execution of transactions, which includes workflows like process management, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
  • Support clients in negotiations and structuring of complex transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Kempen & Co organization to develop and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, strategy consultancy within the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector
  • Communication and project management talent
  • Good mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written
