Crowne Plaza Amsterdam - South seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate meetings and conferences in our state-of-the-art venues.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, ensuring seamless event execution from proposal to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing bookings, preparing function sheets, and analyzing event success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute groups meetings and events from proposal to completion.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Booking Management: Manage the technical aspect of bookings once confirmed and prepare function sheets for operation meetings.
  • Post-Event Feedback: Follow up on post-event feedback with the event booker and analyze event success.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Follow up on billing and invoicing related to groups meetings and events.
  • Commercial Promotions: Be part of commercial promotional activations for meetings and events.

What We Offer:

Requirements: Secondary Hotel School or Hotel Management degree, fluency in Dutch and English, numerical insight and analytical skills, ability to prioritize, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
