Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regulatory Management Specialist to become a vital part of our Regulatory Management & Control division within the Wealth Product Unit. In this capacity, you will be tasked with interpreting intricate regulatory stipulations into client-oriented solutions. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that the institution fulfills its regulatory commitments while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret complex regulations into actionable propositions, products, and policies
  • Work alongside stakeholders to implement new legislative requirements and entities
  • Prioritize compliance and customer focus in all initiatives
  • Proactively monitor and assess the implementation of regulatory changes
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of investment-related regulations
