Your Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and styling expertise to bring something special to our store. Your knowledge of our fashion collections and ability to give personalized styling guidance from the heart will make our customers feel welcome and inspired.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to maximise sales on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk
- Awareness of the store's goals and sales figures, as well as being familiar with applicable procedures and guidelines
- Actively working with garments – ensuring our high standards are always maintained
- Knowledge about garments/fabrics and garment care
- Processing customer transactions at the cash desk
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Helping to prepare seasonal sales and campaigns
- FOLLOWING OUR STORE ROUTINES, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES TO ASSIST IN LOSS PREVENTION AND SAFETY IN THE STORE
- Working well in the team and actively supporting your colleagues
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 per year (based on 26 hours/week), as well as additional benefits such as Employee Discount Across All Brands from H&M Group, Uniform Allowance, Paid Vacation and Development Opportunities.
