We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Lepaya. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decision-makers, and influencers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Fluency in Dutch and English
