We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at GTM Talent. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full enterprise B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • Identify and work on new sales opportunities with prospects and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Develop proposals for solutions that will fill client needs and maximize account value
  • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product and competition
  • Help us improve the way we develop the business as a company and always be looking to improve processes
Requirements
  • You have 4-6 years of experience in SaaS Enterprise Sales as an operator
  • Experience in/and familiarity with the Financial Service Industry
  • Excellent proficiency in French and/or Dutch;
  • Independence, throughput, and velocity from start to finish — we're looking for someone with a track record of success in full-cycle sales, from prospecting down to closing deals
  • Strong ability to build trust, connect with stakeholders on a personal level, and inspire them to embrace our vision
  • Grit, tenacity, and creativity — our sales execution often requires extreme persistence and out-of-the-box ideas, especially as we're working with slow-moving ICP
  • Growth mindset — a mentality of approaching unknowns with excitement, with an ability to learn skills quickly to solve new operational challenges
