">Your Role and Responsibilities
">We are looking for an experienced Global Enterprise Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and harvesting opportunities with outbound activity, strategically approaching target companies and prospective buyers to identify their goals, objectives, and pain points that will help you position our solutions.
You will develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory, conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers' business priorities, and translate our proposition to meet customer success. You will also build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and create reliable forecasts.
">Your Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you should have 2-5 years experience as a quota-carrying sales representative, with the ability to communicate on a strategic and C-level. You should be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and have genuine customer empathy.
You should also be organised, with strong time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, a thirst for knowledge and growth in a scale-up environment, a sense of urgency and persistence, and experience at an agency or with recruitment marketing is preferred.
