Global Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
L RQA is a leading assurance provider, helping clients navigate a changing risk landscape. We achieve this by being the top assurance provider in key sectors like food, cybersecurity, and ESG, making it easier for clients to do business with us through digital transformation.
We are seeking a skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities with existing and target strategic accounts. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in client accounts, lead strategic sales priorities, and introduce new products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and win new business opportunities with existing and target strategic accounts
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key individuals in client accounts
- Lead the strategic sales priorities and implementation for accounts, based on opportunities, framework, and service agreements, to maximise revenue delivery and growth
- Introduce new products and services which are added to the L RQA portfolio through acquisitions and new product development
- Support strategic bids and be a major contributor to the bid process and team
- Be the local lead and representative for colleague's accounts, where geographical strategic support is needed, including liaison with Strategic Account Managers (GAM's) to drive sales and pipeline opportunities
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B B environment, with at least years' experience.
- Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions underpinned by insights, to solve particular business problems.
- Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year on year double digit growth.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
- Demonstrable experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margin.
- Preferably experience in the food sector (sector specific knowledge, developments, certification etc.).
Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary range is inclusive of all benefits and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
