In onze rol van Health & Vitaliteit Manager word jij de architect van ons welzijnsbeleid. Jij hebt een sleutelrol in het vormgeven van een gezonde toekomst voor Landal GreenParks. Als centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken omtrent Health & Vitaliteit, word je de spil in het bevorderen van gezondheid en vitaliteit.
Dit Ga Je Doen
Als Health & Vitaliteit Manager word je de drijvende kracht achter een Europees initiatief. Je word aangesteld om een verzuimstrategie te schetsen die meer is dan cijfers en grafieken. Je hebt de taak om een businessplan op te stellen dat robuust en realistisch is, en een beleid dat staat als een huis.
Jouw grootste uitdaging is het creëren van een omvangrijk vitaliteitsprogramma voor heel Europa. Je word de architect van een beweging die vitaliteit ademt.
Jij zult je bezighouden met:
- Analyse en oplossingen voor verzuimbeheer: Je zoekt naar de 'waaroms' en de 'hoe kunnen we helpen', en je vertaalt deze in oplossingen die even creatief als effectief zijn.
- Strategische beleidsontwikkeling en implementatie: Je stelt langetermijnplannen op die onze internationale teams zullen volgen.
- Programma ontwikkeling en -uitvoering: Je ontwerpt niet alleen campagnes en trainingen, maar je zorgt ervoor dat ze kloppen met het hart van onze organisatie.
- Compliance en Best Practices: In de wereld van compliance ben jij de wachter.

Jij bent een strategische denker met een can do-mentaliteit die het vermogen heeft om mensen te inspireren en motiveren. Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden en bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken en te opereren binnen een internationale werkomgeving.
Flexibiliteit in reizen is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Jouw werklocatie is ideaal gepositioneerd in het midden van het land. We bieden een uitgebreide trainings-en opleidingsmogelijkheden zowel online als offline, gericht op het ontwikkelen van je vakmanschap en zelfontplooiing.
