Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Shipping department, you will work closely with our team of 8 colleagues and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Combine administrative tasks with order collection and processing.
  • Prepare and issue various customs and transportation documents.
  • Communicate with carriers via email to ensure timely and efficient shipping.
  • Collect and package shipments according to established procedures.
  • Ensure shipments are ready for transport on time.
  • Provide support to colleagues with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of work or education history, due to the nature of the work with aircraft parts.
  • Required to obtain a VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) for this role.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work long hours on your feet.
  • Residency in the Alphen aan den Rijn/Boskoop/Gouda/Leiden/Aalsmeer region.
Benefits
  • A salary between €2300,- and €2700,- gross per month, based on 40 hours.
  • A minimum of 28 vacation days per year.
  • Pension scheme and 8% vacation allowance.
  • Work in a day shift from Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 16:30 / 8:30 – 17:00 / 9:00 – 17:30.
  • A full-time position with the possibility of a permanent contract.
