About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our Infrastructure sector team at Van Lanschot Kempen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients in the Infrastructure sector on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering teamwork, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Identify, evaluate, and originate advisory opportunities in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies.
  • Be a team lead in the execution of transactions, which includes workflows like process management, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Support clients in negotiations and structuring of complex transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Van Lanschot Kempen organization to develop and drive business growth.
About You

We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and client-focused individual with a strong track record in M&A, debt advisory, equity capital markets, and strategy consultancy within the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a good mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
