Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled E-Bike Technician to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting regular safety checks and maintenance on our e-bikes to ensure they're in top condition for our customers.
- Diagnosing and repairing issues, sharing findings and solutions with the team as needed.
- Managing spare parts and ensuring our storage is always optimally equipped.
- Providing complete fleet support, from initial inspection to final acceptance.
- Offering on-site service to our partner companies, maintaining and repairing e-bikes directly on-site.
- Focusing on customer satisfaction, actively gathering feedback to ensure our service meets their needs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Practical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, two-wheeler or automotive mechatronics, engineering, or mechanical engineering.
- A passion for working with e-bikes and bicycles, with the ability to perform minor repairs yourself.
- Fluency in English.
- A Class B driver's license.
- Willingness to travel daily for work to various regions, including Belgium.
