Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Turnaround Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing turnarounds and clean out stops to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects and turnarounds.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of turnarounds and clean out stops.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of contractors and hired planners to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management.
  • Practical experience in mechanical maintenance and turnaround planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Affinity with IT and rotating equipment.
