• Contribute to scope collection, estimation, and scope optimization
• Detail planning of equipment, including heat exchangers, columns, furnaces, vessels, control and relief valves, pumps, and compressors, with the assistance of discipline engineers and the integrity department
• Mark-up and compile work packages and generate these work packages for stakeholders
• Contribute to plan and monitor pre-turnaround activities, such as scaffolding, insulation, pre-fabrication, and pipe launching
• Contribute to track all post-turnaround activities in the startup plant phase
• Directing hired planners
• Contacting and selecting contractors for the execution of Turnaround scope
• Prepare and issue proposals and preliminary construction schedules for Turnarounds and Clean Out stops
• Responsible for actual construction progress and to provide schedule updates
• Field supervision during turnarounds
• Responsible for all commissioning works related to Turnarounds and Clean Out stops

• Contribute to the delivery of assigned projects within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards
• Settlement of external contracts: materials specification and procurement
