Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Turnaround Planner to join our team at Hexion Careers. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing turnarounds, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures around maintenance projects and turnarounds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules and plans for turnarounds, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of turnaround activities.
  • Monitor and report on turnaround progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and execution, preferably in a chemical or petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles, including scope collection, estimation, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
