Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor weather conditions and employee safety to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and assign work tasks to teams, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stores and inventory management to ensure availability of materials and tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support service and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Secondary education and technical background preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in a service coordination or planning role.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
