Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct short-term site planning activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily planning coordination tasks.
  • Prepare daily and weekly plans for site teams in conjunction with Senior Technicians and Operational Planners.
  • Monitor weather conditions and employee safety outside.
  • Coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Completed secondary education and preferably a technical background.
  • Relevant work experience as a Service Coordinator (Planner) with experience in scheduling employees, parts, and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation is a plus.
  • Stress-resistant and a great sense of responsibility, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with stakeholders.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Knowledge in SAP SRP is a plus.
