About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Northern Europe. This will involve leading cross-functional teams to create and execute digital campaigns that drive business growth and user engagement.

You will be responsible for developing the vision and strategy for digital marketing in Northern Europe, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution. This will include developing and implementing digital marketing plans, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and user engagement
  • Leading cross-functional teams to create and execute digital campaigns
  • Developing and managing digital marketing plans and budgets
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to inform future strategy
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled digital marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. They will also have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key qualifications will include:

  • Minimum of 8-11 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience defining and delivering digital strategies in a results-oriented culture
  • Ability to create integrated digital campaigns through omnichannel marketing and channel-specific knowledge
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing technology tools and processes
  • Understanding of data management platforms and familiarity with first and third-party data use cases
