About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned strategic marketing professional to lead our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will drive marketing initiatives that elevate Corbion's presence in the global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic marketing vision for Health & Nutrition in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Health & Nutrition sector.
  • Shape and communicate Corbion's value proposition, supporting product launches and driving market penetration.
  • Lead MarCom initiatives, including brand awareness campaigns, media relations, and internal communications.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure your team thrives by recruiting, training, and developing top talent in an empowering and supportive environment.
About You

We are looking for a marketing expert with a strong background in B2B strategic marketing, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or nutritional ingredients industries. Your qualifications include:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Science, or an MBA.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and project management.
  • Expertise in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A commitment to inclusive leadership and team development.
  • Fluent in English.
