Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director, Health & Nutrition

We are seeking a seasoned strategic marketing professional to drive growth and innovation in our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing vision for Health & Nutrition, leveraging market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, and shaping Corbion's value proposition to support product launches and drive market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic marketing vision for Health & Nutrition
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities in the Health & Nutrition sector
  • Shape and communicate Corbion's value proposition to support product launches and drive market penetration
  • Lead MarCom initiatives, including brand awareness campaigns, media relations, and internal communications
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure your team thrives by recruiting, training, and developing top talent in an empowering and supportive environment

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned strategic marketing professional who is passionate about driving growth and innovation while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture. Your qualifications include:

  • Academic background in Marketing, Science, or an MBA
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing within the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or nutritional ingredients industries
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and project management
  • Expertise in building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
  • A commitment to inclusive leadership and team development
  • Fluent in English
