Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

Corbion is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead the marketing vision and direction for our Health & Nutrition business unit. As a key member of our executive team, you will drive and develop powerful market intelligence, identify market trends and opportunities, and develop and manage processes to identify, strengthen, and communicate our value proposition.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement the H&N marketing strategy in collaboration with the EVP H&N and other MT members.
  • Drive and develop market intelligence with strategic business partners, identify market trends and opportunities, and develop a deep understanding of the H&N market.
  • Develop and manage processes to identify, strengthen, and communicate the H&N value proposition.
  • Lead and develop marketing dashboards for monitoring growth.
  • Lead all MarCom activities, including campaigns, projects for brand awareness, external media coverage, relationships with external partners, and compliance standards.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic targets.
  • Maintain a work climate that attracts, retains, and motivates employees by recruiting, training, developing, supervising, and guiding top-qualified employees.
About You
  • Academic technical background in Marketing and/or relevant Science or MBA.
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B strategic marketing in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or nutritional ingredients industry.
  • Ability to create and execute a marketing strategy.
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing of nutraceutical and/or health ingredients.
  • Affinity with human nutrition.
  • Broad marketing knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Data-driven.
  • Project and change management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
