About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team at HSD Campus. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality documentation that enables our customers to implement our identity verification technology seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop clear and concise documentation to facilitate the implementation of our products by customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Edit and maintain our technical documentation portal
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external documentation
  • Write support documentation, including blogs, articles, and onboarding materials
  • Communicate and coordinate with development teams on external APIs and technical documentation
  • Review and proofread new documentation submitted by team members
  • Assist in incorporating customer feedback and markups into existing documentation
  • Select or create visual aids to illustrate written content
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Participate in team efforts to identify and prioritize writing tasks and set deadlines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
  • Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry
  • Knowledge of Android development, iOS development, REST, JSON, XML, and/or security is a plus
  • Excellent English writing skills, with a focus on technical communication
